Duck Thaw Remove Giblets Rinse and pat dry Stuff Close Rub Mix Bake 400 degrees
until Duck is 185 degrees
Cover and rest 15 minutes
1 Piece Thyme
1 Piece Rosemary
2 Sage Leaves
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Small Onion Slice
3 Small Apple Slices
Toothpicks
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Chopped Onion
4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
Salt, Pepper, Sage, Thyme, Rosemary
Sliced Potatoes, Carrots, and Apples

Gravy

Baked Apples Blend until smooth (10 sec) mix warm on low heat
