Spinach and Beef Enchiladas

1 Medium Onion Chop Brown (5-7 min) Mix
1 Clove Garlic Mince
1 lb Ground Beef
9oz Frozen Spinnach Thaw
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Shredded Montery Jack Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Assemble

Preheat Oven 350
Repeat 8 Times 1 Tortilla Spread Add Roll up and place seam side down Spread Sprinkle Cover with Foil Bake (45 min)
1 TB Enchilada Sauce
1/2 Cup Beef Mixture
8oz Enchilada Sauce Mix
1/2 Cup Chunky Salsa
1 Cup Montery Jack Cheese
