Crust

2 cup flour Mix Cut in until particles are pea-sized Mix Form into ball Freeze 1 hour
1 tspn salt
2/3 Cup + 2 TB shortening
4 TB cold water

Filling

10-12 Large grannysmith apples Peel and slice Add to large pan Cook down (15 min) Stir
1/4 Cup water
Cinnamon and sugar
1 Stick Butter Mix Low Heat
1/2 Cup white sugar
1/2 Cup brown sugar

Assemble

Preheat Oven 350
Pie Dough Mix Create bottom crust Add Lattice Top Crust Drizzle Bake (1 Hour)
4 TB Cold Water
Apple Filling
cinnamon, sugar, and butter
